What Do I Wear?

Swim:  Preferred: Tri – Suit
Alternative: Swim trunks/swim costume
Swim Hat
Bike: Preferred: after swim use race belt with Tri-suite – quick transition
Alternative: T-shirt or bike top with race number pinned on front and back
Preferred: Trainers with lock laces or speed laces
Alternative: Velcro fastenings.
14+ Bike shoes/clip-ins.
Bike Helmet must have all safety kite markings.
Preferred: Drink bottles on bike
Optional: Bike glasses
Run: Shoes from above unless using bike shoes.  Keep top on, as your number  needs to be shown on race belt.
Optional: Hand run bottle.
Sun Cap – baseball cap.
